Prodigal [prod-i-guhl] adjective-
wastefully or recklessly extravagant:giving or yielding profusely; lavish (usually followed by of or with ):lavishly abundant; profuse.
This is the love God has for you- lavish, abundant and profuse. God loves us beyond what we could ever dream of or hope for and far beyond any love we could earn.
This is the what comes to life in Jesus- extravagant love. May you allow your heart to be opened to receive this gift as it is “for you” that God sent Jesus into the world. We are followers of a prodigal God with a prodigal love.
