The following uses are prohibited: Illegal or unlawful activities, political campaigning or fundraising, firearms, weapons or explosives, use or storage of hazardous materials, flamable liquids, fire producing chmeicals or open flames, smoking, vaping, drug use or drinking of alcohol.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Church, its pastors, officers, directors, trustees, employees, volunteers, and members from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to the User's use of the facilities and the property of the User, except to the extent caused by the Church's sole negligence or willful misconduct.

The use shall be responsible for obtaining insurance coverage of General Liability throughout the term of this agreement in the sum of $1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate. Prior to use, the User shall provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the Church as an additional insured on a primary and non-contributory basis. The Chruches insurance policies do not extend coverage to the User's activities, employees, volunteers or participants.

Will minors (under the age of 18) be involved in the User's activities?

If yes, the User represents and warrants that it maintains written child/youth protection policies, conducts background checks on employees and volunteers working with minors and provide appropriate supervision at all times. The Church does not provide supervision, care, or custody of minors participating in User's activities.

User is responsible for adequate supervision, crowd control, and security for its activities. The User agrees not to exceed posted occupancy limits and to comply with all safety instructions provided by the Church.

User accepts the facilities in "as-is" condition and agrees to leave all areas clean and orderly, remove all personal protery and trash and pay for repair or replacement of any damage caused by users.

User agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations including safely and facility rules.

User agrees to comply with the Lord of the Hills Church Facility Use Policy available for review and download on this website.
